I got very stressed yesterday, not least because my husband has bought himself an iPad and needed me to help him with it when I really did have other things to do. I had a fibro flare up and went to bed, in some pain, at 7.30 last night.
The blessing is that I sat quietly on my own with it this morning and got it sorted
